ADVICE TO CONSUMERS

Pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Sb. (Collection of Laws), Consumer Protection Act, as amended, the client is entitled, in the event of a dispute between an attorney and the client, to file a request for out-of-court settlement of the dispute with the Czech Bar Association (Česká advokátní komora) within one year of the date when the client first exercised his/her right in question.
