Restructuring situations

We provide our clients with advice in the area of restructuring situations. Such advice commonly consists of crisis management plans, finding sources of funding and both organizational and financial restructuring. Our attorney also have years long experience with advisory in insolvency proceedings and settlement.

On a long-term basis, we represent our clients when dealing with banks in the area of acquiring bank receivables, including their legal and economic inspection and subsequent recovery and administration.

ADVICE TO CONSUMERS

Pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Sb. (Collection of Laws), Consumer Protection Act, as amended, the client is entitled, in the event of a dispute between an attorney and the client, to file a request for out-of-court settlement of the dispute with the Czech Bar Association (Česká advokátní komora) within one year of the date when the client first exercised his/her right in question. The commencement of the process of out-of-court settlement of the consumer dispute shall be without prejudice to the right of the parties to the dispute to seek protection of their rights and legitimate interests by legal action.
